AcuBeat (“the App”) is a rhythm accuracy game. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Data Collection

AcuBeat does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not require account registration or login.

Data Stored on Device

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to any server:

• Game scores and play history
• User preferences (color theme, latency offset, audio offset, metronome mode)

This data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App.

Third-Party Services

• Game Center (Apple): If you choose to use Game Center, your scores are submitted to Apple’s Game Center service. This is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• In-App Purchases (Apple): Purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. No payment information is accessed or stored by the App.
• Advertising: The App may display ads provided by Google AdMob. Ad interactions are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy

AcuBeat does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
